Our Befriending Service is for older people who may feel socially isolated and lonely. Our target client group is the 40% of Lambeth residents aged over 55 who live alone, although some of our clients do live with family.

Our volunteers support those members of the community who need our support and help us to continue to deliver important services.

Our new service will support anyone struggling with energy poverty in Lambeth by providing them with specialised energy advice, from one of our Energy Advisors, to overcome difficulties experienced in paying for their gas and energy bills (excludes water and other utilities).

Did you know without a safe, comfortable discharge a patient is more likely to be readmitted within 30 days? That’s where we come in! Our Hospital 2 Home service is on hand to support patients at Guy’s, St Thomas’, Kings College and St George’s hospitals.
