What is this service?
Our new service will support anyone struggling with energy poverty in Lambeth by providing them with specialised energy advice, from one of our Energy Advisors, to overcome difficulties experienced in paying for their gas and energy bills (excludes water and other utilities).
The person-centred and holistic support provided will help Lambeth’s most energy-vulnerable residents put in place the necessary energy measures that will sustain long-term resilience and financial security into the future. The support available will be:
- One-to-one support via phone or in person
- Help with form-filling
- Signposting to other helpful services
All our Energy Advisors have been fully trained and also completed City and Guilds Level 3 Energy Awareness training.
