About
Welcome to Connected Lambeth, a new online directory for Lambeth residents to find help, support and services in the borough.
Who is Connected Lambeth for?
The directory aims to provide helpful resources to a variety of different residents, in particular those who may have a physical, learning, mental health disability or caring role, as well as older people living in Lambeth.
What information can you find on the directory?
Connected Lambeth provides information on everything from practical services, like advice on benefits and finding help at home, to community services like social activities and help with health and wellbeing.
Organisations choose to list their service on the directory and keep their listings up to date. We are currently working with organisations to increase the number of services listed in the directory so there may be some gaps. Please get in touch with us at info@connectedlambeth.org or via our feedback page if you do not find what you were looking for and we will work to close the gaps.
If you think your service or activity should be listed on the directory, get involved and register your organisation here.
