Current timetable of activities includes:
Monday 9.30am to 11am - Safe Space for Ethnic Minority Women Group
Activities designed by group, e.g. sewing and crafts.
Materials and light refreshments provided.
1pm to 2pm - Nurturing Mama's Circle for Mum's with babies (0-12 months)
Activities designed by group.
Materials and light refreshments provided.
3pm to 4pm - PCN Yoga Wellbeing Group
Tuesday
1pm to 2pm - People with Chronic Pain Coffee & Chat Group
Activities co-designed by group and Arts4Space.

Friday 1pm to 2pm - Yoga & Tai-chi
2pm to 5pm - Creative Sewing Group
