Telecare is a monitoring service that offers remote support to the elderly, disabled and vulnerable people who live alone in their own homes. At Telecare, simplicity is key. We provide our customers with an alarm unit, red button pendant and 24/7 monitoring from our team. If the user falls or becomes unwell, they simply have to press their pendant and our monitoring centre will then ensure that the user receives the treatment or assistance they require. Alongside the Telecare Pendant Alarm, we also have a range of Telecare accessories. These include a selection of Key Safes and the Telecare Smoke Detector.
