Our Wednesday morning Tai Chi class is aimed at beginners aged 50 and over. The class is a great way to improve balance, posture, flexibility and helps with breath work too.
We are a welcoming community gardening project in Loughborough Junction, run by the charity Loughborough Junction Action Group (LJAG).

In 2013, Loughborough Junction Action Group transformed an unused patch of land into Loughborough Farm. This thriving community garden brings people together to grow fresh produce and connect with their neighbours.
You can join our regular gardening sessions on Tuesdays and Saturdays 1:30-3:30pm here at Loughborough Farm.
We also look after the orchard Wyck Forest Garden across the road in Wyck Gardens on the first and third Sundays of the month, 1:30-4pm.
All are welcome to join us and get involved. Just email hello@loughboroughfarm.org to find out more.
