Our Wednesday morning Tai Chi class is aimed at beginners aged 50 and over. The class is a great way to improve balance, posture, flexibility and helps with breath work too.

Our 10.30am Wednesday morning class has been running for over 4 years at Brixton Windmill Centre and is a welcoming class for local residents aged 50 and over. We offer free refreshments and a chance to connect with others after the class.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Trainers or similar are ideal as footwear.
The class runs on Wednesdays at 10.30am to 11.30am at Brixton Windmill Centre.
The class is run by an experienced Tai Chi teacher. Participants can expect to enhance strength and vitality, and acquire a quality of calm breath awareness. Free refreshments are available after the class. The class is drop in but please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time to enable a prompt start.
Brixton Windmill Centre is located in Windmill Gardens Park at the west end of Blenheim Gardens.

Our Baked Bean Boxing sessions combine boxing skills, games, and friendly challenges in a safe and inclusive environment. Led by professional coaches from Boxing Makes You Better alongside experienced Baked Bean staff, every session helps students build fitness, focus and discipline.

A high energy fitness class for all, Baked Bean Zumba is not to be missed. This one-hour intensive cardio dance work out runs on Wednesday afternoons and is open to all Baked Bean students.
