Tiggo Care is a home care business in London that supports older people and adults with learning disabilities living in their own homes. We have a variety of care packages available from hourly visits to 24-hour live-in care.
What is this service?
Transform Supported Accommodation is a supported living service which works with vunerable adults aged 17 and above.
Transform’s service user band is mental health, alcohol misuse, autism and learning disability. Clients are supported with daily living tasks and maximising independence.
We welcome individuals to stay for short term as well as long term stay with us at the service. There is a wide range of services that we can offer such as accompanying to court hearing or GPs.
Transform has two services one is located on Reidhaven Road in Plumstead and the other on Langdale Crescent in Bexleyheath. Both services have bed spaces available. The quality of care and support we provide to the people in our services is always our priority. one of the many ways we measure quality and our other unique methods include:• Internal quality audits – a robust system that occurs every quarter that reviews services for quality and compliance .
