What is this service?
ShopForYou is a new way to shop for groceries! Place your regular shopping orders over the phone and have it delivered by your favourite supermarket. We do the online shopping on your behalf and you can place orders with the major UK supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Waitrose, Morrisons, Iceland, Ocado/Marks and Spencer).
How does it work? Call us as often as you like to place an order and simply give us your shopping list over the phone. We do the rest for you. To avoid the problem of not getting a delivery slot, we can book in a regular weekly or fortnightly slot for you as soon as they are released. If you do not need a regular shop, we recommend getting in touch about a week ahead in order to get your preferred delivery date and time. When you place your order, you can pay over the phone using your credit or debit card.
What does it cost? In addition to the cost of your shopping, the 'basket cost', the supermarket may charge for delivering your items. This varies between supermarkets and we are fully transparent about these costs. We charge a fee for processing your order. This is £3.99 for orders up to £50, £4.49 for orders up to £100 and £4.99 for orders over £100.
