My Care My Home offers a personalised Live-In care service and can help you to select live-in carer(s) who you have personally chosen and who are dedicated to you and your welfare at all times. Providing continuity of care which results in a trusting relationship being built thus allowing you to live independently within your own home, whilst ensuring all of your care needs are being met.
