Lambeth Council Tax Summons

We can assist you with Council Tax arrears if you have received a council tax summons letter.

We can:

• Help resolve any concerns you have with regard to your account.

• Discuss possibility of additional support based on your circumstances and ensure the Council takes this into account when making decisions regarding your Council Tax.

• Check you’re receiving the support you may be entitled to.

• Liaise with the council to agree a Council Tax payment plan you can afford.

• An agreed Council Tax payment plan may prevent you having to attend court.

To make an initial query, you can:

• Visit our office in Lambeth during drop in times on Mondays and Thursdays (9.30-12.00 and 13.00-15.00)
