Flourishgate Care Services Ltd is registered with CQC as a Domiciliary or Home Care agency to provide the regulated activity Personal Care.

This activity covers physical assistance, prompts or supervision given to a person in connection with:

a) Eating or drinking

b) Taking medication

c) Toileting (including in relation to the process of menstruation)

d) Washing or bathing

e) Dressing

f) Oral care

g) Care of skin, hair and nails (except for nail care provided by a chiropodist or podiatrist).

We also provide Housing Related Support (HRS). Housing related support services help people to live independently or move on to independent living, this will include supporting service users to: • set up and maintain their homes • manage safety and security of their accommodation. • maintain their health and wellbeing • develop her life skills, such as cooking, cleaning and budgeting skills • apply for benefits (Housing Benefit) • access other services • support with getting into employment.
