Turn it up and find your sound! Our Baked Bean DJs learn DJing, music production and song writing with industry professionals. From mastering decks to performing at events and festivals, students build confidence, explore creativity and develop their own unique sound.

Our Baked Bean DJs are a collective of students who are mentored by professional DJs and musicians, gaining hands-on experience in the art of DJing, producing and song writing. They learn to confidently operate industry-standard equipment, explore a wide range of musical genres, and develop the skills to curate engaging set lists tailored to different audiences. Through regular live performances at in-house events, local community venues, and even mainstream festivals, students build confidence, refine their style, and get to experience performing in front of energetic crowds. The collective also focuses on song writing and music production, giving students the chance to explore their creativity and develop their own sound. Through instrumental work, beat-making, and lyric writing, students can shape their ideas and grow as musicians.

Our founded drama group empowers students to fine-tune their drama and acting skills with a mixture of traditional and modern theatre texts and styles, and has many professional performance opportunities.

Our Youth Theatre (ages 15–25) runs every Saturday during term time and is a vibrant, creative space where young people can explore acting, dancing and singing skills with the aim of putting on full-scale productions to an audience.
